About the job
Understory is expanding on the international scene and we are obsessed with delivering world-class onboarding and operational service to our customers. With that in mind, we are looking for a full-time colleague dedicated to customer success, and passionate about our customers and their experience business.
We know that we have built a platform that can benefit the target audience and experience creators in Europe. We still need to ensure that we are highly effective in helping them get started and get the most value out of the platform as quickly as possible. Additionally, we need to be ready and 'on call' whenever a customer encounters problems and needs assistance.
As an onboarding specialist, you are able to work in a structured and efficient manner, and you can quickly familiarize yourself with insights into our business, product, customers, and market. From more or less day one, you will be expected to do active onboarding and service while helping us with product discovery and building a strong product for our customers.

- Customer onboarding
- Customer support (chat, mail and phone)
- Ad hoc tasks
What we expect from you
Our candidate most likely has a background in onboarding customers. Your education is not important, but we expect you to feel at home and in flow when navigating various software products and to become an Understory superuser within a few weeks.
Our current team consists of 3 people, which gives you the perfect chance to help set high ambitions and join the journey as we set the bar high and deliver next-level onboarding- and operational service to our customers.
We embrace an "office-first" philosophy, valuing the synergy that comes from working together in person. Therefore, we anticipate your presence in the office at least four days a week.
Qualifications:
- Experienced communicator in English
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy work environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
