About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to bridge the gap between our customers and our product team. In this role, you will make sure every agreement, request, and need from our larger customers is translated into clear action and followed through seamlessly. 

You will be the person who keeps things moving - coordinating across teams so that customers feel supported and our product evolves in the right direction. Working in a SaaS environment, you will help deliver solutions that scale while staying true to our simple but powerful approach.

What you'll do

• Coordinate between customers and the product team to make sure agreements turn into results.
• Translate customer needs into clear priorities and actionable plans. 
• Keep projects on track — aligning timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
• Help strengthen how we manage SaaS projects at scale, balancing customer needs with product goals.
