Senior Sales Development Representative – Copenhagen
Strong foundations, higher ambitions. We're looking for a Senior SDR to join our Copenhagen team and own outbound in our home market.

About the Role
As our Senior SDR for Denmark, you'll own outbound in the Danish market - generating qualified leads and building relationships with potential customers for our Account Executives. You'll bring experience, structure, and a high standard to your outreach, and you'll contribute directly to revenue growth while sharing valuable insights on local market dynamics.
You'll research and connect with experience providers – from tours and classes to events and local activities – and turn conversations into booked meetings. You'll also help sharpen our playbooks and raise the bar for how we approach outbound.
What You'll Do
Identify and research potential customers (experience providers, venues, activity operators) in Denmark.
Execute a high-volume outbound strategy across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM; track progress and report insights.
Share learnings about the Danish market - local trends, competitor activity, and cultural preferences.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and support growth.
What Success Looks Like
Months 1–2 - Ramp & Launch: Complete onboarding; start booking initial meetings; hit full productivity by week 8.
Month 3+ - Consistent Flow: 40+ demos per month derived from outbound outreach.
Ongoing - Revenue Generation: Generate a pipeline that converts to closed revenue (quality over quantity).
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
2+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience, with a track record you're proud of.
Strong communication and outreach skills; proactive and well-organised.
High coachability and resilience; you view feedback as a growth tool and "no" as just a step toward your next "yes".
Deep business curiosity; you love understanding how companies work and tailoring your approach to solve their unique problems.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt pitches to the Danish market.
Passion for experiences, travel, and the experience economy.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to have:
Network within the tourism, travel, or events industries in Denmark.
Familiarity with experience-booking platforms, hospitality, or SaaS.
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Gong.
