We recently raised a €12M Series A and are scaling fast. With customers in 10+ countries and a growing presence in Europe, our focus is global, our ambition is high, and our team is fully committed to being the go-to platform for experience creators worldwide.
In keeping with this momentum, we are expanding our footprint into Spain and looking for the foundational hires who will build our Barcelona hub from the ground up.
About the Role
As our founding SDR for Spain, you'll focus on the Spanish market, generating qualified leads and building relationships with potential customers for our Account Executives. You'll contribute directly to revenue growth in Spain, provide insights on local market dynamics, and support the sales team in refining our outreach strategies specific to the Spanish market.
You'll research and connect with experience providers – from tours and classes to events and local activities - and turn conversations into booked meetings. You'll provide feedback to product and marketing teams and help optimise our processes for the Spanish market.
What You'll Do
Identify and research potential customers (experience providers, venues, activity operators) in Spain.
Execute a high-volume cold calling strategy, alongside channels such as LinkedIn and email.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for AEs.
Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM; track progress and report insights.
Share learnings about the Spanish market - local trends, competitor activity, and cultural preferences.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and support growth.
What Success Looks Like
Months 1–2 - Ramp & Launch: Complete onboarding; start booking initial meetings; hit full productivity by week 8.
Month 3+ - Consistent Flow: 40+ demos per month derived from outbound outreach.
Ongoing - Revenue Generation: Generate a pipeline that converts to closed revenue (quality over quantity).
What We're Looking For
Native level of Spanish and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and outreach skills; proactive and organised.
High coachability and resilience; you view feedback as a growth tool and "no" as just a step toward your next "yes".
Deep business curiosity; you love understanding how companies work and tailoring your approach to solve their unique problems.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt pitches to the Spanish market.
Passion for experiences, travel, and the experience economy.
